At the time of eliminating material poverty, world is assaulting the poor countries with digital divide. Whose fault is it anyway?
No point in blaming the America or Europe. It is imperative on the part of local governments,civil society organisations and concerned individuals to take note of the impending disaster in the form of digital divide.. With digital world, a diamond can be discovered. The entire world can be conquered with the digital instruments. If the digital technologies and machines are not available then the digital deprived sections will be pushed to further abyss.

Although international organisations are doing its best to remove the digital divide, it cannot happen without the active involvement of proactive global citizens.
